Anthony was referred to me and I haven’t been disappointed yet. He’s done several jobs for me and my family. I find him very professional and a man of his word when he says what he can and will do.

Recently, in July 2024 to be exact, I hired TNA Complete Home Improvement to repair the roof on my home as well as replace the drywall and sink in my bathroom. After speaking to Mr. Watkins, the owner of TNA, and hearing his professionalism, and immense passion about home improvement, I was sold on allowing him, and his team, to work on my home. His team, mostly comprised of Hispanic men, were extremely professional, hard-working, and punctual. although they spoke with a broken-English, they had a strong propensity to provide accurate information, while being detailed-oriented in their work. Granted, there were times when I did not really understand their dialogue, so, I would contact Mr. Watkins; he was adamant about understanding my concerns, and would often translate his employees communication, proving me with clear, cogent communication. All in all, I am tremendously satisfied with my home. My roof, and bathroom were completed in a timely fashion and may I add, I was quite impressed on how TNA went the extra miles to make sure that happy with their work. I appreciate Mr. Watkins for his continuous effort to make sure the work on my home was done appropriately. I highly recommend TNA Complete Home Improvement.

2 pieces of flashing were not replaced on my house on 8/12. I didn't notice they were missing until 8/18 and 8/20. I called Anthony about this on 8/20 and 8/21. He said he would come and check it out. He hasn't. Then he told me that those 2 pieces weren't replaced because my house didn't need them!!!! Those pieces of flashing were on the house when I bought it, and have been on the house. I want those pieces replaced.
It's too bad that my first review here was way over the word limit. But his workers damaged my lilac and butterfly bushes, snapped off tiger lilies, stepped on and killed a rose bush, but it wasn't his workers fault. It was my fault. Anthony would talk over me and wouldn't listen. I couldn't communicate to his workers because they don't speak English. They are from south of the border. When a contractor is hired to do a job, they are supposed to be on site at all times. Anthony wasn't. So he wasn't seeing what they were doing. But I saw, so did my neighbors.
2 of his workers had to come back on 8/14 to clean out my gutters. My gutters are always clean, but they were filled with black granules and pieces of shingles. There is more I can put down here are to what I and my neighbors witnessed. But at least the City Inspector stopped one of these guys from taking down my flag pole with a ladder. And I'm surprised they didn't take down my electric power lines, because they were hitting it with their ladders and dropping big pieces of ripped off roof shingles onto them.
I have no idea how this company got a BBB A+ rating. If I had known what I would have been put through and the damage that was done to my bushes and flowers, I wouldn't have hired this company. I used my shop vac to get black granules off my back lawn. I was also picking up nails in my back yard, front yard, side yard and behind my bushes, along with pieces of shingles.
I want those 2 pieces of flashing put back onto my house.

Greetings, Ms**** First, as a business owner, I sincere apologize if you felt (or were) that my labors and/or myself mishandled you, and your property in any kind of way. In addition, I apologize if you felt that our communication with one another was vague, and not effective, as a result of me “talking over you.” That was not my intention; I am simply passionate about my business and line of work, thus, my passionate may come off as aggressive yet that is not the case. More importantly, as a valued customer of mine, you and your family’s safety are my primary concern. With attention to this, hearing that a valued customer of mine is (was) on the rooftop was alarming, to say the least. Respectfully, if an accident would have occurred (while you were on the roof), I would have been responsible for your potential injuries.
Equally important is your frustration with my workers dialect; I understand how this can be anticlimactic when doing business. Therefore, I would have appreciated if you had communicated with more and expressed your concerns early so that I could have aware of your frustrations and handled your concerns and these issues immediately, with urgency. In stark contrast, I appreciate your business and, as you see, your home passed all inspections. Again, I apologize for your experience and thank you for your business.

Anthony called me on August 31, and he asked me to take pictures of the 2 pieces of flashing that were taken off but not replaced on 2 parts of my roof. So I went outside with my cell phone and took the photos, and sent them to his cell phone. He said that he would have the flashing replaced. As for me being on my own roof? I wasn't on my roof. I have a fear of heights and would never get onto my roof or anyone elses. So I have no idea why Anthony stated I was on my roof. He wasn't here most of the time his crew were working on my roof. And I told him that I have a fear of heights when he originally came here to check out my roof. Anyway, all I want is for those 2 pieces of flashing replaced. What occurred on the day that his workers were here, tearing off the roof shingles and replacing them is over and done with. I accept his apology. I have no hard feelings against Anthony. I just want those 2 pieces of flashing replaced. They were on my house. I'd like to have them put back on. Because next year, I will have all of the flashing and gutters repainted. And I told Anthony this.

I absolutely love the work completed by TNA! Not only did they finish my roof in a timely manner, the owner even gave me a tip. . . Upgrades helped me save on my homeowners insurance, as well as qualify for a tax break next year. I will already refer them to anyone
