    I took my 1989 bronco to get work done on it suspension and oil change and brakes. I waited for the car to get fixed a week after dropping it off. The work was done while I was out of town I came back I paid for the work before checking everything out. Once I checked everything out I see that different services were done. Perform were not the services that I took truck there for. I was told that the mechanic did not work there anymore after I complained. The mechanic and I text for about a week and he knew what services my truck needed. I made a complaint with the manager and they offered me more services that my truck did not need. I tried to work it out with management and I did not succeed. I’m making a complaint here because customer should be where of this place. I did not get the service that I paid for.

    In response to the complaint , the gentleman initially brought the vehicle and for duall exhaust , which he did not state in the complaint. Was done. The vehicle was here for over a month after it was completed. He did add on suspension work with a technician that is no longer with us. I am willing to refund him for the suspension work. But I am not willing to refund him for the exhaust which was why the vehicle was initially here. He can contact me or you can contact me.
