    This is a scam company. We were working to help a client of our own company to resolve an animal problem and repairs to a roof to get the property ready to be sold. A giant run-a-round has ensued after credit card information was given. More than 2 weeks of missed appointments and lack of communication have happened. They then decided that a lift truck was needed, even though they never called to explain that, until we called them. They added $395.00 fee for the equipment. We contacted another company that confirmed no such equipment was needed and we then contracted with them. When we tried to inform this company by voice mail that we moving on and not to process the credit card info for services not started, they did not respond. Called Erik Roberts back to confirm they understood the ticket is cancelled and he hung up without speaking 2 times. The credit card company has been informed that a dispute will be filed. This is a bad company to work with.

    If i had an option not to give any stars I would. We had a contract for quarterly service. They were supposed to service in & outside the home monthly. They only serviced inside a few times over the course of a couple years, and that's only if i saw him to ask him to come in. Never lets you know when they are coming. Half the time we never saw them. I called in April to cancel service and no one did their job. They still had Malik coming, and I only know this due to him showing up while I was home. I notified him That I canceled the service and he responded that no one told him. They continued to take monthly payments out of our bank account. When i called the first time to ask why, I was treated very rudely. I was told that someone asked to reinstate service. She even went as far as saying she was on her own time and I was interrupting it and does not get overtime to call back the following day. I felt like the issue was a bother to her. When I called the following month again for more payments coming out, i was told it was for a service for months prior. I even provided proof of payment. She continued to say it was not paid. I called again and was finally told the account was canceled, but the payment continued to come out of our account. Finally had to call our bank and notify them. They canceled the card and filed a fraud claim. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. I am waiting to see what they do next....

    I had a problem with ants in and around my home. I called this company and scheduled an appointment. The Tech showed up in a timely manner and took care of the problem and they also came back at their scheduled time, (2) weeks later.

    This company is a SCAM! A raccoon family moved into our attic, We found ***** ******** ******* online. I called and was told that it would be $125 for the inspection, that I would get a quote but that it could vary between $300-$500. I put a card on file to pay the $125 and scheduled the inspection. I was not charged. The guy came and his shirt said Precise Exterminating Service. At first I didn’t think much of it. He came in the house and did a check in the attic. Then he did a check of the perimeter of our house. He confirmed the entry point. He said he would put a trap on the roof. I asked about the name of his business and he said the website I was on connected me with him. I thought it was weird but I have kids and the raccoon was loud & scary, and he was already here so I said okay. I asked for his number to ensure the same company came back. He put the trap on the roof. I asked about payment and He said it would be $300. It seemed fair so I said ok. It rained all night and the next day so I wanted fresh bait. I called the number he gave me and it was disconnected. I called the original number and got the same lady. She said she would send someone out. I got email confirmation that someone put more bait in later that day. After a week of rain and no raccoon I called again requesting that the trap be moved to another side of the house where the raccoon had been seen. She said that they tried to charge me $300 but my card was declined. I explained that I was prepared to pay $125 and thought the $300 charge would come after the raccoon was caught and that we got paid 4 days later. She got agitated and accused me of deliberately refusing to pay. She said she would speak to a manager but they probably won’t come back until they got payment. When I asked about the name of the business she claimed ***** ******** ******* was a marketing company working with local businesses. The website says differently. It’s a fake. Thankfully contacted my bank and reported them.

    Do not call this company! First of all, you have to give them a credit card over the phone before they will even come out. They never showed up until hours later with only one cage. They obviously are very disorganized. They also broke one of our bushes, trying to put a cage in. Lack of communication as well. They tried to charge us $324 for nothing already got our bank involved but never should have happened.
