    I hit a coyote yesterday on the highway. My engine light came on saying engine power reduced. It was raining and cold. My insurance picked this...company. They said the wait was 1.5 hours. That was a joke. After that time passed I called and the receptionist said another 30 min
    After that time passed I called and was told 15 more minutes. After that another 30. She then stopped answering the phone for my number so I had a friend answer and she answered the phone. When my friend tried to add me to the call, the lady wouldn't speak and hung up. Wow! Very rude. I called my insurance company in tears. They got another company there in 30 minutes! Always Towing has many complaints about them doing this to other companies. Their services was horrible. And on the Google reviews I see the same response to everyone who has this same complaint. They do not care about the people needing them. Horrible company and receptionist!
