5 starsChris is an excellent home inspector, very knowledgeable. Taking time in examining, and explaining what he is doing/checking. Chris has a very good attitude and very respectful. We feel very fortunate to have Chris as our home inspector. He did an excellent job, provided detailed report along with photographs identifying defects and safety issues/problems. Chris communicated everything clearly and always asked if I had any questions, making sure I knew and understood what he was talking about. Chris included photos with a very in depth report on both the problem and possible solutions for everything all at a very reasonable price. Chris was extremely helpful and detailed throughout the entire inspection, kept an open line of communication at all times and worked with my schedule. 5 starsWe loved Omni-Home. They did work for my 91-year-old mom so I needed employees that were trustworthy, polite and professional. I needed people that would do high quality work and put her at ease as they had to come into her home several days to do drywall work.
They worked well in the tight space she had, blocking off the work area to lessen dust spreading to other areas. They also left the job site clean at the end of the day. Painting was even finished ahead of schedule. They had a lot of patience and completed the work, inside and out, with attention to detail. They came when they said they would. And kept us updated every step of the way. Great contract work is hard to find. Omnihome was exceptional.Review fromJamie E

Chris Z****** set the standard in every facet of my home inspection. He went above and beyond to provide unparalleled customer service while maintaining complete professionalism and offering a well-rounded explanation for any questions that I had. The service was timely but thorough. The report was detailed, descriptive, and informative, but did not give me the unnecessary filler and jargon. Chris generated an exceptionally organized report in unprecedented time and made sure that I understood the contents. I tend to be pretty critical but I have nothing but praise & appreciation for the complete, concise, & professional home inspection that Omni Home Inspections conducted for me. Buying a house has been so unbelievably stressful and the degree of dishonesty and misinformation that I have received from those along the way, mainly realtors, home appraisers, bank personnel, etc. has been discouraging. It is such a relief to have someone that I could actually trust helping me. Mr. Ziehler was incredibly knowledgeable and he presented the issues in a way that even I could understand.Omni-Home Inspections, LLC
