    I have purchased a new ac and furnace unit 3 years ago and the ac went out. He came out and recharged the unit and charged me 180.00 which was fine and he then told me there was a leak but the unit was still under warranty. The unit stopped working again 7 days later. So he came back out and recharged it again and put dye in it to see where the leak was and that cost another 260.00 then the unit broke down again 24 hrs later and he had to come back out to reinspect the unit and told us that it would take 3 to 5 business days to get the part. He then comes out to fix it and wanted to charge me another 855.00 I asked what was under warranty he then told me that the part was but not his labor. No quote was ever given before he has started the work. I told him that it was wrong how he is doing business by not giving estimates before any work was started.
