    Purchase a product, 2 days later I was called to inform me that they don’t have the materials to build the item. They said they would possibly start building it late June and deliver mid July.
    When ordering it never stated that part where back ordered nothing indicating that it’s not in stock or available

    This response is in regards to ****** ********* complaint pertaining to the order attached above.

    ****** states he ordered his product on Saturday and there is no indication that the product is not in stock and has expressed disappointment over that aspect of the website. While we would love to be able to state in-stock and out of stock on the website, many of our parts are made to order as this is our business model. During many times of the year we are able to produce and ship orders in under 5 business days however during peak seasonality that changes and some orders may take weeks to process based on seasonal order volume fluctuations. To address these concerns we have displayed a banner at the top of our website that states shipping times may be extended due to high levels of seasonal demand. 

    If ****** would like to cancel his order we will be happy to do so by simply emailing [email protected] and reference his website order number so we can ensure his order is properly cancelled. We prefer written documentation of order cancellation for record keeping purposes.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    Also yesterday I tried to cancel the order and agent told me I couldn’t do it over the phone has to be done via email. Even the cancellation policy is outdated per Agent statement. I’ve attached a screenshot shot of your cancellation policy that. 2 images provide but I was told I couldn’t cancel over the phone because an outdated policy. This company should start recording the call so they can go back and hear what there agents are saying
