  The service, quality and communication exceeded my expectations. 10 windows replaced and cleaned up in one day. Love the look and a it was a great decision to use Joyce Windows.

  We had ****** *** ****** install a new shower. These two were amazing. They kept us well informed and performed excellent work. They did a great job.

  I had purchased my home in NC three years ago. I wanted a sunroom added to the home Joyce Factory Direct sold me on their product and quality of work. Per our initial conversation, what I was told and what I was sold was completely different. I end up getting a box. I was so disappointed with the quality of the work and the amount of money I had spent on getting it done. It was a complete mess. They definitely took advantage of me and my money. I learned from this huge mistake. They are the worst contractor and sales people that I have every met. I would not recommend them at all. I ended up hiring a contractor, Fred Strothers who end up redoing my entire sunroom for nearly half of the cost of the original sunroom. I wish I knew about him before the awful decision to go with Joyce Direct. I am loving my sunroom. I am able to sit in the room without baking. With Joyce Factory Direct sunroom I could not sit in the room during the summer or winter months. I am having additional remodeling done on my home. Fred, the contractor, will be adding French Door, totally redoing the flooring on my front huge wrap around porch along with some painting, all under $10,000. He does construction and electrical work. He is a perfectionist and pays attention to every little detail. He will work within your budget and will not add any additional cost without consulting with you first. I highly recommend this gentleman. Please call Fred Strother for all your construction work. Joyce Factory is an awful business to work with. They do not give you what they want. They just want your money and do not care about customer satisfaction.

  Amazing job! ********* ********** was our installer. Such a hard worker! Not only did high quality work, he was polite, prompt and very conscientious about keeping the house clean as he worked. Thank you for the beautiful shower!

  Thank you Joyce !!! You built us a beautiful sunroom. The quality is wonderful and the couple questions we had after completion were immediately answered and rectified. Terrific quality, professionalism and they were In constant communication throughout the project which went much faster than quoted. Thank you to ****** ***** ***** *** *** *

  Had a tub to shower conversion. Price was within reason and lowest of my 3 estimates. Our installer came on time. The work he did was wonderful. He answered all our questions. He cleaned up after he was done. Told us to call him if we had any problems. Very satisfied with Joyce and recommend them highly.

  Our family purchased a new bathtub and bath wall system replacing the fixtures in our 35 year old guest bathroom and it looks wonderful! Our installer, Nick, kept us informed of the demo process for the existing tub/shower unit and the installation progress for the new tub, Signature Stone panels, and shower/tub fixtures. The work was performed with great care and professionalism. We are very pleased with the quality of work and the new look to our guest bathroom is beautiful! 100% satisfied.

  On May 12th Brian Ryan and a colleague arrived on time and did a walk around to ensure that the work site was properly prepared and explained exactly what was to be done. They were professional and courteous and friendly. The installation was completed in one day and everything was clean before they left. They showed me how the windows and screens work. I was so pleased with the results. This was a really good experience and I would recommend this team anytime! Thanks guy!!
