      Unprofessional, inappropriate behavior from drivers. Cannot manage time tables. Estimated pickup and drop off times are not accurate.

      We are sorry that the customer felt they had a bad experience. We are a *********** that provides medical runs and paying cash customers. Our runs are set up on a weekly basis and we work in any other in to our time as we can. The time table given is an hour window due to runs being worked in and based on traffic, weather, trouble with earlier runs. We do not guarantee as specific minute time frame, we run on an hour window. If you call and we think that it is feasible to work a customer in and not have them late for an appointment we let them know that it is within an hour time frame. We apologize if this did not work for this particular customer as that is the time frame we could work them in. Pick up calls for returns are based on the same as we are working everyone around a schedule for pickup times of various customers. Sometimes our drivers have to get out and help our elderly customers from door to doorstep this does take time and we put pride in being able to help everyone of our customers accordingly.
