      BBB took a complaint over the phone. Below is the voice to text voicemail description


      My name is ******* ******. My phone number is ************. My ID, complaint ID number is ********. I'm calling the BBB because of myI had brought two **** from **********, ******************** in October, and they had 50-mile warranty on the ***** I took the **** back today, AprilApril the 24th, 2025, where the ****I had a out. The tar blew out on the side. When I took it back to **** at ********************, he refused to honor the warranty. He just said that the tar was damaged by me hitting the sidewalk. And he refused to honor the warranty, and I want my money back. I don't want no tar from that company. I don't want to get that company no more business. I want him to re-give me my money, and that'll be fine. And I just won't deal with him no more. And I'll tell everybody else not to deal with him, because I brought ten TARs for him over the years, and when I take one back that's been had a malfunction, he refused to honor the warranty on a new TAR, which I brought two of them for $220 last October, and he's refusing to honor the warranty. So I just want my money back in this resolution and be done with it. So anything you could do to help me would be deeply appreciated because I could have been hurt real bad with this blowout of this tar that has a 50-mile warranty on the warranty.       We apologize about the customers complaint, but the ********************** carry a ****** miles guarantee that means that the tires will make it to ****** miles and we also offer free tire repair and tire rotation lifetime of the tires. We sell a road hazard coverage that the customer opted out of Which would cover sidewall damages and anything else that might happen to the tire besides vandalism. The issue is the tire is not repairable and the warranty will not cover it and at this moment, there's nothing else we can do we offered a discount. The customer did not want to take the discount. Thank you.

      My 17yr old son bought tires from Katz(******)paid over $1200 for 4 new tires. I am contacted this company because this Katz is the corporate headquarters. He got a flat, under 500 miles on the tires. The right rear tire was all bubbled up on the outside. The lug nuts were not tightened like they should be. There were no new weights on these tires if they balanced like they said. Your ****** store would not replace his tire. They had him buy a new one. This is wrong obviously your company has no warranty on tires. What if this tire would have blown out and made my son wreck????? My son is 17 and works his butt off and to be taken advantage of is wrong.

      Why could they not fix his tire or give him a new one?????? You ripped my son off. He was sold a defective tire!!!! Whatever that u say was in probably came from your dirty shop! The lugs were not tight and no way they were balanced !

      I purchased 5 new mud tires for my jeep wrangler JK. I stated that I was going to take the old tires with me because I didn't want to be charged for a disposal fee. The gentleman stated, "we'll take care of it...no charge" I told the man thank you, but the 5th tire is NEW and I was keeping that one. He said "that's fine, we'll put it in the back"...I said thanks...but they kept the tire. I just want my tire, a new tire, or the value of the tire they decided to keep.

      Good morning we don’t decide to keep the consumers belonging to the consumer has 30 days to pick up his belong as if he does not pick up his belongings within a timely matter 30 days it is disposed of if he has an agreement with the employees in the back to do something that has nothing to do with the company.
