    Very disappointed with the communication from this office. I made an on-site (their facility) lameness apt two weeks prior. I even confirmed the apt the day before. I get a call 4 hours before the apt stating they have to cancel because it’s raining. When I confirmed the day before no one said anything about the possibility of canceling due to rain the next day.
    We both took the entire day off for this apt. Days off work are not easy to come by. We had heard really good things about this vet practice but we didn’t get that from our experience.
    I would like to note this office tried to move our apt earlier in the week which they changed their minds and kept the apt. My guess is they needed my time slot for someone else.
    Also note for others that if they don’t have perfect weather and perfect footing with their arena they cannot do a lameness exam. If I would have been told this from the beginning it would have been better.
