  I spend a couple days trying to clean up my basement after the rain early April. After a couple days my husband figured out it was the drain. I contacted Mr ****** plumbing. They contacted Rainbow Restoration. Both of blacklick Ohio. At the time I was tried from working in the basement so I was glad someone was there and I didnt have to look for a company for cleanup. Wrong decision during the week their equipment was here I was asking for pricing. Kept on getting they did not know. The day after they took their equipment they called me with the total of my bill. Again I ask for full details of what everything cost. Did this for 3 weeks. Finally they sent me an invoice saying MiSC WTR and my total bill. Does this break anything down NO!!!!. I got tried of calling them and just paid my bill. I would never use them again. For the price I could have went out and rented or even brought blowers and probably it wouldnt have cost half the price they charged me. If you ever call Mr ****** I would not let them have Rainbow Restoration come to your home. Just to be clear I had no problem with Mr ******. My issue is with Rainbow Restoration. I would never recommend them to anyone.

  DO NOT USE this company!! They show up with all this equipment that they charge you for but is never running. I had technicians come out that didn’t know how to measure a reading so I had to deal with fans blowing for 8 days just so they could get more money from me. Cold air blowing on my basement area but it should have been warm air. I asked for all my readings and they wouldn’t give it to me. They are a scam so please stay away..

  False information given to obtain deductible amount. Then charged full amount even though work advised needed was not needed. Insurance company even advised over charged for work done and ignored them too. Do not use this company. Will show up if you call *** ****** and represent himself as ******. Charged 1498 for 1 dehumidifier for 5 days and remove, wipe, spray and replace 1 baseboard about 6 feet long.

  Dont use this company!!!! All homeowners this company is horrible . I blame MR ****** company for calling them to asset my subfloor. I was in the process of remodeling bathroom and my contractor found a leak , so I call *********** They came out did inspection said the subfloor was damage it might need to replace it or dry out . They call the right company they came out took pictures and file claim with my homeowner insurance . I gave them ***** for my deductible. They try to dry it out for 7 days and said I had asbestos. It wasnt dry after 7 day , they came by and said my claim was denied pick up there equipment and left . In those 7 days they just came by to check how wet it was . Of course it was never going to dry because the Plumming work wasnt done . Mr.****** did not feel that it was safe to do the plumbing before the asbestos and floor was taking care of . They absolutely did nothing I dont even think they treated the asbestos. What kind of company would not even give you a quote or advice you on what to do next if claim got denied. We ask for deductible back they said No . Again the did absolutely nothing they never communicate with insurance company . I feel like NEVER had a plan to replace subfloor or even treat it. I blame Mr.****** for referring to such horrible company . I agree with the rest of the reviews SCAMMERS . DONT use this company .

  I would never recommend anyone use this company! Shame on the owner of *********** to include this company to be represented with the plumbing side of the business. Right Restoration is a pure scam company, act like they are going to represent you and help file a claim with your insurance company THEY LIE, THEY SCAM YOU UPFRONT!!! leave you with a denied claim. I should have noted the exact issues other customers had with this company but had dealt with ****** never had any issues. Once they found out how much our insurance deductible was they took $6000 said it would go toward our deductible LIARS!! Never even picked up a phone to talk to the insurance company just ripped out my bathroom down to the concrete flooring up to the eves of the bathroom roof removed the insulation which had no water damage whatsoever. Removed parts of walls caused major damage. Never sprayed or used any disinfectant or sanitizer on our kitchen floor that was hit with the sewer back-up from an upstairs bathroom. More LIES - they say they never hear back from the insurance adjusters when calling them to get answers. LIED to my face they deal adjusters all the time LIARS. ANYONE THINKING OF USING THESE SCAMMERS THINK TWICE!!!!! PLEASE
