      Our puppy chewed up our pass for here. I accidentally dropped it on the floor on my way out the door one day. I have most of the pieces to the pass. I have bank statement showing pass. They will not reissue me a new play pass. I have only used $14 of a $100 pass. My last one I bought was stolen with my wallet and they would not even recognize or consider a replacement. That one I also only used $14 of a $100 pass. We had too unfortunate incidents and they will not even consider a replacement. The head staff lady looked through paperwork and could not find my charge. I have proof I bought and proof i only used $14.

      In good faith we will grant the customer 1 free $100 play pass. Our punch passes are treated the same way that you would use a gift card. If a gift card is lost or stolen, there is no refund granted. We have no way to know how much has been used on the card as the entire card was destroyed and we were only able to decipher $9 of what was visible. However, we will grant her a $100 Punch card.
