      I used i3Verticals for my credit card processing a number of years ago. I closed my account with them in 2022. However, i3Verticals uses "*****************" for their reporting and disputes. I have been trying for 18 months to get my account closed with ******** *****. I call ******** *****, they route me to i3 and then the circle goes around and around again. I have spent hours on hold trying to get this resolved. My information should no longer be available to ******** *****. Since i3 Verticals is the company that set this up in the first place it is their responsibility to get this resolved.

      This account has been closed since March 11,2022.  (Please see the attached screenshot to verify) 

      ******** ***** is the system that ***** **** uses.  When we close an account it automatically closes the account on ***** ****** platform.  If there are any charges that the customer is being charged, we are happy to issue a refund.  However, we do not show that there are any charges because the account is closed.   I have sent a note to our ***** **** RM simply asking them to check again on their side.  

      I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  But once again the account was closed on March 11,2022.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      ************** is the reporting arm setup by i3Verticals
      *When I call ******** ***** to cancel the service they tell me to call i3Verticals
      * When I call i3Verticals for help they try to call ************* and can't get through

      This service was for merchant services for my company. They have access to my bank account information as well as other sensitive documentation. This account should NOT remain open 1.5 years after I stopped the i3Verticals service.
