      My complaint involves Kable Staffing not completing an contractual exchange. Also after completing request having unanswered emails from the professional group. Solution will be a clear understanding on how the the agreement can continue as an exchange. Also why the emails aren't being answered when information requested is completed.

      The Division of Labor and wages I called after being requested to call due to contractual agreement of payment for worked performed as agreed in contract exchange of work give there was no exchange of payment from Kable Staffing. For 1/2024-2/2024.

      Solution please explain why the problem have not been solved.

      Good morning, 

      I am replying to a complaint issued by ******* ******* - 

      Desired Settlement: Contact by the business
      I'm wanting to know why email sent on email and check sent back to Kable Staffing May 1st 2024 from the Division of Labor and wages is not being tracked. Also the division advised me that they sent an email to Kable Staffing to let them know they are still Obligated to pay ******* *******. Why have they not paid him.; I have sent an email to Jeanette D******** about solving this problem and advising that I have completed the steps that Mrs. D******** requested of me leaving me with an unanswered email.

      I will provide some history 

      1.22.2024 - Application Completed ******* ******* worked one day for Kable Staffing 1/23/2024.  During the application process, he submitted bank account information for us as we do not provide the option of paper checks any longer. 

      1.23.2024 - Worked 1 day on assignment.  

      2.2.2024 - Paid net $43.39 into the bank account provide by *** *******. 

      2.12.2024 - Received notification that his check was returned as his bank was unable to locate the account. 

      2.12.2024, 2.13.2024, 2.14.2024, 2.16.2024 - we called, texted and emailed him asking to reach out regarding the return pay.  

      2.22.2024 - He called in with an updated phone number and said he would provide updated direct deposit information

      3.4.2024 - We called him to provide his updated direct deposit information.  He is refusing to allow us to use a pay card. 

      3.13.2024 - We received a call regarding a claim from the Division of Wage and Hours for ********.  She asked us to mail out a check for the $43.39 for ******* *******.  He will collect the funds owed to him from them.  We mailed them a check right away. 

      5.1.2024 - The Division of Wage and Hours for ******** returned the check to us because ******* ******* never reached out to them to collect it.  

      10.2.2024 - ******* ******* started calling the office again about his pay.  We started the conversation of how to get him paid. 

      10.23.2024 - ******* finally approved for a pay card.  the card was loaded with the $43.39 and he picked the card up.  

      Finally, after almost a year, the ******* ******* pay fiasco has been resolved.
