My fiancé and I went to Sindur to try on wedding bands yesterday evening (2/13/25) and our experience couldn't have been more lovely. Sindur was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the process. She heard the things we weren't saying and led us in the right direction - educating us along the way.
We both were expecting to try things on and think on it for a bit but felt so comfortable and confident making our decision we placed an order during the appointment.
Sindur was never pushy but always offered suggestions and ideas. We will certainly be going back and feel we've found a long-term jewler to use in Cincinnati!Sindur, LLC

Sindur is the perfect place to visit for many reasons. They not only offer quality new and heirloom jewelry for sale, they are able to restyle your jewelry, resize, and do appraisals in shop. Appraisals of not only jewelry, but also art and collectibles too. If they don't have what you envision they can make it. Courteous, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable that is the service you will receive at Sindur. The shop is full of eye candy of all sorts, coins, quartz stones and even vintage knickknacks. Fantastic one-on-one service! They really make you feel like you're the top priority even though I am sure they have plenty of other customers. We came in for our engagement rings since they have a lovely selection of unique estate jewelry with fair pricing, and I'm not a fan of the classic diamond engagement ring. I found mine on the website and my partner ended up being drawn to a gorgeous tear-drop green sapphire that Sindur was able to incorporate into an original design. It turned out beautifully! Sindur is not only knowledgeable, but completely honest and trustworthy. She makes each customer feel welcome and at ease. I had some antique and sentimental pieces today, and Sindur was able to recognize prior repairs as well as accurately identify the metal in what I had thought was 14kt. gold. I saw many pieces that caught my attention, and I know I will be back to purchase at another time. The inventory is completely different than any other jewelry store anywhere.
