    On 09-23-24, C***** promised me that I would get refunded my Dry Idea deodorant purchase of $6.54 since the label said scent free, but there was fragrance to it, of which I am allergic and broke out.
    3 months have passed; I have talked to C*****, J***, and J*** and have called A***** as that is where the refund is coming from. Still no money. Please make their lie be corrected and send my refund of $6.54.

    On June 14, 2023 called to complain about 4 right guard deodorants not working. Was advised will receive refund for defective product. Called June 29,2023 advised by ****** that prepaid card was sent out on June 28,2023.
    Invoice number *************** Did not receive anything. Advised to call *******
    ****** had nothing on file. I didn't have any account information to give to them.

    I want a refund on the defected product. I can not understand the customer service agents.
    Neither do I want to be at risk with this global customer service agents who don't know what they are doing but do know how to rob identification.

    I want a cheque sent for the lost of 4 right guard deodorant.
    Once I receive my refund I will never buy your product again. This is since June 2023 and its now October 2023. Received a c a Ed October 6, 2023. Card does not work and as I have read after 30 days the company charges 9.99. Either way I want a refund via cheque. Not a third party company taking care of your customer service and not even doing a good job.

    Please be advised that ****** no longer owns the brand Right Guard. 

    As of June 1, 2021 Right Guard is owned by Thriving Brands LLC.
