    My business has been a loyal customer with Pro Scope Systems for about 10 years. Since our representative was switched to April H*****, we have encountered severe issues with this company. Throughout the last 1-2 years, we have received multiple scopes back, supposedly functional and ready to use, but are completely nonfunctional upon arrival. Once we started to use these repaired scopes, we encountered serious issues, causing significant disruption to our operations, which then required me to send back the scope for more financially hefty repairs. It started to feel like a scam to me: charging us $3000 on a scope repair just for them to turn around and say “well actually, after you used it a few times, a different part is broken, so you need to send it back again for another $3000 repair.” Basically, they “diagnose” an issue, “repair” it, then when we receive it back nonfunctional, they have us send it in again to “diagnose” the new issue, then charge us for more repairs. This scam cycle is ridiculous and after I started catching on, my staff brought this to April’s attention. We were immediately met with defensiveness, attempting to blame us for “user error.” We kept pushing the truth, that it was absolutely not user error, and they hesitantly agreed to repair the leak from the insertion tube for one colonoscope free of cost. We receive the scope back with an even larger leak than when we sent it in. This extremely low quality of customer and technical service is jarring and undermines our confidence in Pro Scope Systems as a reliable service provider. After filing a formal complaint to the manager, Stuart J******, we received no apology of any kind. Instead, they send us a letter attempting to argue more and asking what we want to do to “resolve this issue.” We have already resolved the issue on our end by cutting our ties with this company, as it is clearly going downhill.
