      On 3/8/25 we placed an order thru ****** for a playset with installation (additional cost) for our son. We initially received an install date of 5/7, then 4/16 then 4/1. 4/1 a questionable pair shows up to our home to install our playset. 4/1 they were at our home to install this playset 12pm-7pm. 4/2 they arrived 12pm-3pm.. still far from done. We received some bad storms the NIGHT of 4/2 around 10pm, 7 hours after the builders left our residence, leaving the pieces subject to the storms. My husband secured the pieces so we did not risk any damage. We had no communication and they arrived for the third day on 4/7 at 2pm, leaving at 5:30pm.. playset still not complete. I sent emails to the business with my displeasure asking how long this takes as we opted for professional installation, believing this would be the best option. 4/8 the builders arrived again. They left asking my husband for a signature. My husband signed, unaware they were done/ complete. Upon inspection of the playset, numerous, and I do mean NUMEROUS issues were found. The longer we looked at it the more we found wrong. I emailed numerous photos to the business email. The business admitted this was not correct. The playset is beyond “repair” and needs replaced otherwise numerous holes would be left through the playset, things are not installed even close to instruction, and screws are exposed posing a hazard to our two year old. I contacted ****** who was in agreeance with me and stated the business would respond to take this current playset down and replace it. Backyard products contacted us with the date of 4/22 to take down and install the new one. On 4/22 at 1pm I never heard anything and nobody had responded. My husband received a call where the builders truck broke down (in response to my email) and they would not be responding. We received a new date of 5/3. 5/3 came nobody responded and no call to follow up. I do intend to file a civil suit if this is not resolved in the next 7 days (5/10).

      Purchased shed and install through ********** for ~$2,500. ****** subcontracted Backyard Buildings to complete the install. The purchase included paint as well as augers ($200+). ****** has confirmed these were included on the receipt and invoice. Shed was installed March 28th, but paint and augers were not included. We have called ****** and Backyard Buildings repeatedly asking to refund the augers, and when we can expect shed to be painted. ****** has provided specific instruction to Backyard Buildings to remedy, but company refuses to do so.
