      This is the ********* company I’ve ever had my money direct deposited into. I don’t even know how they’re in business. I don’t even know howthat United States of America let this happen. Several people have reported that the money has been stolen from these people so why are we allowed to send money to them? I work at ****** ******** and I made $2400 this week and none of it is in my account and they can’t tell me anythingand they hang up after I get my card number it all scammed to me.

      I have been trying to get a replacement card since my card expired in August. I was told since I moved states I had to send highly sensitive information in an unsecured email in order to update my account (Card number, full name, picture of my ID, and a bill with my updated address on it). They said the picture wouldn't work for my ID and can't accept PDFs as proof of address despite my explanation that all my bills are digital and I do not have a means to print them off. Staff were incredibly rude over the phone and continue to be unhelpful and holding over $5,000 hostage in my account while refusing to transfer the money or send it to me so I can close the account.

      An CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CANCELLED MY CARD AND MY FUNDS WERE TRANSFERRED TO A NEW CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.Rapid employees people who DON'T UNDERSTAND AND DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH ENOUGH to be handling people's MONEY ACCOUNTS!!!!!

      Customer service ****** Corporate does not call you back. Customer service supervisor promise one thing and do not hold up to it. No wonder they have a -d better business bureau rating

      My card is locked and I never used it they said they had to reset it but I couldn't use it fir w4 hrs which is tomorrow I need my money jow they are a rip off

      I am giving this a one-star review because there is no option to give ZERO stars! I am very disappointed in this company and the way they handle their business and fraud claims. And after reading all the reviews I can see that I am not alone. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a paycard company to use personally or for their business. I believe there is inside fraud happening and the managers and owners will have all the excuses as to why the transactions are not fraud. Please stay away from this company, there are plenty of options out there and this company should not be in business.

      Gave me the wrong account information for direct deposit. Caused my pay to be to weeks late. This was the first time. Called again to make sure I got the correct account number. Low and behold, it's wrong AGAIN. Another 2 weeks without pay. Scam company. Asked for my conversation transcripts, told me they cannot give it to me. Liars as well. Stay far away.

      I have been waiting for a check from rush card for the past 4 months I was told I would receive it by December 4th 2023 that's over a month away and I still have not received my check and the amount of $300 I tried to call him all the time I get a busy signal then I try to email it goes to go to bank go to bank so they have nothing to do with RushCard so I'm trying to find out how to get a hold of them and nothing works

      This company needs to be shot to **** in a handbag. Very rude and unprofessional I have been fighting to get my son pay they wont transfer his money or give us solution as to how to get his money.

      Its been over a month since I've been doing a dispute and they will not return my money back. Dispute keeps getting denied and always say there was no error. I received a letter and it states there is no error. I requested copies of their research and this was denied. How does this company run? They steal people's money. So now no one can return my $3k. Seriously? And it s not BBB accredited.
