      This is in connection with the ***** ******* complaint. This company is called Priority Delivery Express. As far as I know ***** dropped off the dog at this company to deliver the puppy to me in ********. This was after he had moved to ****. The company that was suppose to ship out the dog demanded to have $500 for a temperature controlled kennel for the flight from **** to ********. All transactions were on gift cards. The deliver company said they would not fly the dog without the temperature controlled kennel, we would also be refunded in CASH when the dog was delivered to my house. After about 4 hours with no communication they emailed us again and demanded $1,000 for flight insurance of the dog. I split it in half with ***** *******(breeder). When they received the gift card they would not fly the dog out that night. The next morning we had no response until about 9 saying the dog was going on the plane to OK. After another 4-5 hours after requesting for an update we finally found out the dog was in **********. We were then demanded to give another $500 for shots that’s the dog already had. We had no communication from them until 9:46 when they said they were almost to my house. After several hours of not showing up and emailing them they responded this morning saying the dog had died after the shots. All of the transactions were suppose to be refunded in CASH after deliver. The company said it was not the breeders fault it was the deliver companies fault and they would give us a refund.
