      I have been contacted by Mode-One LLC on Sept. 11th, 2023, Nov. 2nd 2023, Dec. 18th 2023, Jan 5th 2024 and Jan. 16th 2024. Each time I have asked them to remove me from their list and Josh S******** has responded to me, so I can confirm that he has received each email. He continues to solicit me, even though I have made it absolutely clear that I do not want him or his business to communicate with me. His communication is borderline harassing, seeing that he has been asked multiple times to stop and he refuses.

      I want to apologize to Mr. ****** as the over-pursuitment was not made aware of to Mode One Upper management and the second I became aware I made sure my representative would cease contacting Mr. *******  On top of that I personally emailed Mr. ****** apologizing and even had my Representative (Joshua S********) write a hand-written letter apologizing to Mr. *******

       

      In our Industry our job is to Pursue Businesses offering our Transportation Services. As a company we work with Sunbelt Rentals and have for years. We are already an active Vendor with the Company and my representatitive was attempting to work with Mr. ****** and his location in Fort Wayne, IN as well.

       

      Attached is the same email chain that was sent in the original complaint and while i do not encourage this kind of pursuit in my mind it is not harrassment.  I believe 5 total emails were sent to Mr. ****** over a span of almost 3 months. As a business we are pursued/solicited DAILY by reps calling and emailing even though we have told them that their Service does not match our need. I see that as a Sales Rep just working hard to earn money and hopefully fill a void for a potential customer. 

      I want to stress that i do apologize for the over-pursuit and have informed my rep (Joshua Schwaller) to stop emailing and Calling Mr/. ****** and his location.
