      They made me pay in advance for a third routine cleaning, when my FEDVIP Delta dental plan authorizes three cleanings per calendar year, I expressly informed them that i had contacted my insurance who express that this was so for individuals who are type I or II diabetic they indacated my records show i'm type II under medical supervision. Dental Express also has me noted as type II diabetic. They have charge me up front, then also billed my insurance (Delta Dental). I even provided them a direct number to delta dental (not patient number but service provider number), they refused to contact delta dental to verify that i was *********** three cleanings. These are rude desk personal who are uncaring and only wish to double bill patients. Anyone using this dental provider should be aware of their devious business practices!!!!!

      They messed up on my mouth. Was in severe pain, gums are now infected, they will not call me back or email me. Horrible service.

      This was the worst experience I have ever had. I had a tooth pulled while feeling everything kicking an shaking in the chair while ************** told me to deal with it an just get it over with. Told me that I needed actual surgery to have it done but my caresource insurance doesnt cover that and I would have to wait 3 months which isnt true my insurance would of covered it. I was his last patient and he did this to me just to leave. 30 mins after having it pulled and Im still shaking from this experience.

      Makes you wait hours and hours for 5 minutes of treatment. Id go as far to call them an i******** ****. My appointment was 10:50 am, an hour later all Ive done is paper work and X-rays. Im sure the staff is talking about me because I complained twice already as these appointments are hard to do and make, and I have another appointment scheduled today 12:30. This is not a one time thing, its an every time thing.
