    We arrived on Friday for a graduation that evening. The entrance way smelled like fish.
    We took the elevator up to the third floor. The elevator was clanging and shaking the whole way up.
    Coming down we took the other elevator, it did the same.
    On Saturday morning we left the premises early for a second event and we were out until the evening.
    I notified the person at the desk that there was black mold on the ceiling of our room. And that my daughter was immune compromised.
    They thanked me for letting them know

    When we got home I called and asked for the manager. I told the gentleman I spoke with about my concerns. His response was “thank you for telling us, I’ll notify housekeeping “.

    I will be filing a formal complaint against both Booking.com and Holiday Inn. Neither entity is willing to take responsibility for what is clearly a misrepresentation of the quality of the service. 
    I have spoken to and communicated via email with both holiday inn and booking.com, and you each advise me to speak to the other. Such a lovely game of cat and mouse you have established. 


    The hotel was advertised on your site either high ratings, which are quite obviously false. 

    I am a requesting a refund based on the health endangerment you put my family in
