      I was unable to leave a 0 start rating as they do not even deserve a 1 star! Angel Carriers is a terrible transportation service. They either get me to my ************ way late OR they don't show up at ALL to take me to my ************. Then when you call to see what happened and why they are not there or did not come you get told lies and excuses or the voicemail. One particular driver *** is very rude, and will say you were not ready for appointment when he came to pick up, but lies because you were ready but driver never came into the nursing home to get me when I was in the lobby waiting. This is unacceptable especially when it comes to us residents that are in nursing facilities and our doctor ************ are very crucial and important to not be missed. There has even been times when Angel Carriers was supposed to pick me up to take me to the hospital for testing/procedures and they never showed up to take me and I had to reschedule my procedure!
