    When I scheduled service, I was only asked for a deposit. No other details of additional charges were mentioned. When it was time to pay after my move was completed, I was informed of a $150.00 charge to cover any damages. I asked at that time for it to be waived. Was told no, since it was already charged. I called and asked for a refund of this charge as I was not informed of it in the beginning.
    I was told that the charge should be waived before services rendered. How can I waive something I don’t know about.
    I was also told I used their services last year. Again, no mention of the charge. Plus, how was I expected to remember.
    I would like the charge refunded.
    I had no choice but to sign the receipt as everything was already delivered

    The company moved my household in March, They broke the rail on my bed in two. The bed is only 3 years old, so I provided them with the company name, manufacturer name, phone number and part number for this bed rail. At one point they said it was ordered and was on the way. I never got the rail. It's been 9 months of constant calling and emailing. They filled out an accident report at the time of delivery. I sent them pictures of the broken rail.
