Cochran Honda diagnosed by recent car problem as an oil pressure switch that had to be replaced. They were going to charge me $641 for parts and labor. I asked a relative, who knows a lot about cars, to take a look at the problem. He bought the replacement switch for $49 and replaced it in less than 30 minutes! I called the Service Manager at Honda, told him about my experience and also told him that I'll be filing a complaint with BBB.The business has changed for the worse since Cochran took over. ** ** *** ***** ******** ** ** * ************* ****** **** * ********** ** *** *******

If I could give less than zero stars, I would. My mother has been a customer of ********************** in **********************, ** since December of 1989. She has purchased every Honda she has owned from there. It wasnt until it became #1Cochran that things went down hill. From service to sales. The last few cars she has purchased have been leases. When she still had a few months on her old lease, the salesman, ********************* began pestering her to get into a new lease. She finally settled on leasing a new CRV. It wasnt until she went in to the finance office that *********************** told her it was a 4 year lease (telling her it was a good deal). It wasnt. Several months later my mother had asked **** to help her get out of the lease, it was more than want she wanted. **** told her only if there is a medical emergency can you get out of a lease.A month later, in April of 2024, my mother had a brain bleed. She could no longer walk, let alone drive. We called **** to check in on getting out of the lease, since he did tell my mom that it could be done with a medical emergency. He retracted everything he said. He told us to go sell the car on CarMax (which CarMax wont touch a car with a $33,500 pay off balance on a lease). We contacted the general sales manager, *********************, whose super power is not returning phone calls and ghosting people. He did offer to take the car back with my mother writing them a check for over $4000 to cover the difference. When my mom went to drop off the car, **** pressured my mom into keeping the car asking her do you really want to do this? He also told my mom that they normally dont do a 4 year lease. When they went to find ****, **** hid. Didnt even show his face. No remorse. No shame. All **** could ramble on about was how many cars they were selling.I would never, ever purchase or lease a car from #1Cochran Honda. I wouldnt even step foot on their lot.
