      First length of waits regardless of scheduling will be insane. They will tell 15 people they all have surgery at same time then go off first come first serve. Billing is a joke. On day of surgery they informed us we owed $80 for pre-op stuff but we had already paid it the day my mother in law received it. Now 10 months later they are trying to say we still owe $1200 dollars but dont reflect the $2000 we paid on day of surgery. I dont know if they are truly this incompetent or trying to take advantage of a 90 year old woman. All documentation of payments has been submitted yet here we are getting text messages on Fourth of July about how she needs to pay her bill.
