    We have had this company out to fix our dryer 3 different times in a week. Each time we got oh we should have replaced this and that originally. On the 3rd trip another oh this should have been replaced. Tech calls corporate and says do not replace roller unless they pay another $150.00 on top of the $400.00 we already paid. He tells them we were thinking of getting a new dryer at this point can he replace it. Corporate replied, if they are getting a new take out parts back . Really we paid for them already. Unfortunately called another company to come fix our issue. This company and the technicians have no idea what they are doing and rip you off . Warning ?? Do not use this company for anything. They scam you out of money and do no have the knowledge to fix the issues . Shannon H Perrysburg Oh

    Why is this guy not in ****? Ron is a conman DO NOT USE BROADWAY SALES! My warranty company assign him to replace my AC unit, condenser & A coil. The experience was a nightmare.
    100 excuses for not finishing the job which he DID NOT COMPLETE. ******* ******* * ******* cleaned up and completed his mess. Now I find out he may have switch out components, replacing new with old worn....why is this guy not in ****?

    My warranty company assigned these service technicians to me to fix my water heater. Mind you, this was a week after my water heater went out (apparently every service tech in the city was unavailable to fix a water heater for a whole 5 days?). These guys were horrible. I have no idea who I was actually speaking with, in the end, because 2 different phone numbers were texting me and calling me to tell me they were "on their way" for almost 2 full days. The first day, it was 6 pm when the 'owner' (I think) told me that "rich" would be by after he was done with a job because he was 'off tomorrow'... Of course, he never showed up that evening. The following day, I got the runaround again. Telling me he sent me a message an hour before he actually did (and it was right there in the message thread!)... And after ALLL that, the guy was rude as hell to my roommates, and threatened my dog (who was too afraid to get anywhere near him). He then told me he would have to call authorities if a dog tried to bite him again... As if!
    I've already spoken to my warranty company and told them not to recommend them ever again. if you have the choice, choose someone else.

    Broadway is extremely quick in charging a initial fee of $75, which all they do is tell you what you already know is wrong. That is the only thing they are quick at. They say they will fix it. But you never hear from them again. Calling them to see if they are still going to do the work is a waste. They have never returned the 4 calls I made over the last month. My issue is fairly simple and a good pumbing company would have it fixed within a week or two as the replacement part is a common one. This is a home warranty situation and the home warranty company assigned Broadway. The warranty company approved the plumbing problem fairly quick. In retrospect the $500 spent on the warranty is a complete waste of time and money. I figure Broadway won't respond to this and if they do it will be their standard "3rd party problem, waiting for the part bla bla bla."

    Would give them a zero if I could. Made an appointment, never showed. They never answer their phones and apparently never check voicemail because it's full and you can't leave a message. Do not recommend this company.

    My warranty place pick this company I called them after my warranty approve to have my A/C unit fix . to get and appointment on Tuesday July 25 2022 says he can do it that Thursday morning never show try calling dont answer there phone then my warranty gives me appointment for August 4 2022 they still dont show up. I dont know what their problem is but if not going do the job dont take it. I have health problems An needed A/ C fix.
