      Business integrity is doing the right thing all the time, whether someone is looking or not. In May we met when my business van broke down in *************. You fast towing service was appreciated. The $200 towing charge for less than a mile was the first surprise. The second surprise was the $1200 repair job only last 1 day. The third surprise was the lack of communication. I've reached out to you multiple times with no response. It's not too late to do the right thing by contacting me.

      In May you called us to tow your 2019 Chevy Express 3500 extra long wheel base loaded with carpet cleaning equipment which was a water tank, detergent tank, pump, hoses, ect. This was not a normal size or weight van. That is why the tow charge was $200.00. We also brought back 2 people with the van who waited while we repaired it. The repair including parts and labor was $846.98 plus tax. The total bill was $1117.65. The customers words at payment was this was cheaper than the last time it was repaired. This particular repair according to the previous repair shop (that we contacted on your behalf) has reoccurred several times. This has to do with the aftermarket equipment that was added to the van for carpet cleaning purposes. The cleaning pump adds extra tension to the belt which adds extra tension to the water pump and components. This is a reason your serpentine belt was shredded and your pump was seized up. I talked to you regarding this issue and explained that there is no warranty on the work because this is an ongoing problem with the aftermarket equipment that is installed and not resolved with the vehicle. I have not received any communication from you since the day the bill was paid. Feel free to reach out to me if you wish to have more information regarding this matter.
