    Order was originally supposed to arrive by Saturday. It NEVER came. I am worried about the bare root strawberries! ***** is the WORST delivery service ever. I called ***** Sunday and was assured order would be delivered Monday. Again it NEVER came. Again Tuesday. Again today Wednesday. Each day I get a text with time range. By 5: 30 pm or sooner.. System is down. (BS!) This is the driver's way of saying he doesn't want to make a side trip to our small village.Saturday afternoon, I saw a ***** truck in ******* OH while shopping. This truck could have had our order but didn't want to make 20 minute drive to *************Tuesday morning after doctor ************ I saw another ***** truck in ***********. It is a very quick 15 minutes east of ********, but still no delivery. Operational delay.Wednesday evening another operational delay. Still waiting on shipment from a garden nursery.***** has done this multiple times over the years. Wish I had complained sooner. Flaky service
