    This is the worst place to have a package delivered from if it is other than a normal sized package. I ordered a Tonneau cover from WeatherTech and it arrived at the FEDEX facility at 2490 Woodstream Drive, Bowling Green OH 43402 on the 10th of December and was loaded on a delivery vehicle for delivery to me that day. We had a truck arrive on the 10th and delivered a different item that we had ordered from WeatherTech on the same day. The driver stated that she only had one package for us. On the second day, the 11th of December, a FEDEX truck parked outside our house, sat there for a minute or two and then just left. No one got out. The third day, the 12th of December, the FEDEX tracking site reported "local weather delay - delivery not attempted" which was a lie as we had no bad weather in the area at all. The fourth day, the 13th of December, a FEDEX truck backed into our driveway, up to the garage, and sat there for a minute or so and then just left with no one even getting out of the vehicle and no package delivered. For four days, our package was loaded onto the truck in the morning for delivery and then unloaded off the truck at the end of the day, back into their facility. Each and every day the tracking site stated that this package was on a truck for delivery, only for them to take it back to this facility and unload it. This is the worst customer service if have ever had. The excuse of it being close to Christmas does not apply when there have been three FEDEX trucks at our house over those four days with nothing delivered and the lie about the poor weather on the third day by the driver. This place gives FEDEX a very bad name and I will be filing a complaint to FEDEX. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is horrible customer service.
