    I rented with them last year (******** ******) with 2 other roommates and it was overall a very affordable place to live (we equally split paying the rent & utilities). We had renovated bathrooms, pretty decent hookups with the kitchen and washer/dryer unit, and sizeable living space for the rooms. I thought they were very responsive at attending to any maintenance request we had (big or small). The parking situation was okay; it was just pretty crowded on our side due to renovation of a building two down from us. The A/C unit worked in both colder and hotter temperatures pretty well. I think the only knock against our location was how thin the walls were, and we could hear our noisy neighbors enough. But at least that can be handled to a certain extent by communicating with other tenants on what's appropriate and not. Overall, an easy renter to work with for college students and I did have a positive last year at **** living in ******** *******

    NEVER RENT FROM GREENBRIER. They are a terrible corporation that just wants to take your money away with overpriced rent and security deposit. Greenbrier overcharged be for my rent on my entire lease, while not even providing a decent apartment. I moved into a smoked smelling, dirty, and wall damaged apartment, and when I complained they did nothing about it. They are awful at communicating and have no symphony for you as a renter. When I moved out I cleaned everything as much as possible and left nothing broken to prevent them from using all my security deposit money, but that did not stop them from charging me my entire deposit for cleaning, replacing non-broken equipment, and the wall damaged that I moved into the apartment with. They left me with $3.50 on my deposit and I couldn’t be angrier. I would not recommend this company, considering they are a lot better companies to rent form in bowling green, just takes more time to look since Greenbrier has the monopoly in bowling, green.
