    This store sold me a "YoCan Dyno".This device gave me nickel poisoning (I'm allergic to Nickel). I had fluid filled hives/rashes all over my stomach. It took a week to isolate that it was the device Wild Bill's sold me. This situation was a health concern for me.I've never had this issue with other devices. For example, I had great experiences with the "Lookah Seahorse", which is a similar product form another company. Nickel in Lookah's products does not contaminate what I'm inhaling.. However, clearly there's a design issue with the YoCan Wild Bill's sold me, which DOES leech nickel.Wild ****'s wouldn't allow me to exchange it for something else or get my money back despite it being within the return window and providing my receipt.When I bought it they told me explicitly, verbally, and in writing that I could return it within 14 days if I had any issues. Their receipt says I can return it within 14 days no questions asked. But suddenly they present a policy that if it's used it can't be returned. This "If used" policy is not advertised anywhere and is misleading.I find how this was handled to be unethical.

    We resolved the issue for the complaint and accepted the device back to trash it for the customer with a full refund. We were not acting unethical in refusing the device to be returned. The issue was with the manufacturing of the device and should have been dealt with through Yocan directly. We are unable to accept devices with customers product in them and that is why the associate stated they could not accept the item. We had the customer throw out the part pertaining product in order to bring it back into the store.
