    I have a summer storage unit for my daughter through BG Storage LLC. This is our second year using this location to store her items. In July I received my invoice due on 7/1/24 and inquired (through e-mail) why my invoice due date changed as the contract we signed stated the due date was the 10th of the month. I was advised this was due to the pending sale of the unit to new ownership. I paid the bill.

    This month I reached out to get the last bill prorated (as I did last year) as my daughter will only be occupying the unit from 8/10 - 8/17 (per our contract terms). I did not get a response to my initial e-mail so I attempted to call the number on the invoice and the phone number was disconnected. I sent two subsequent follow-up emails and have been unable to contact the business. The number listed for the company on the BBB page is not the number on the invoice. Nevertheless, I called that number as well, and still no response.

    This issue has been resolved and a refund has been issued despite the fact that the lease agreement was not upheld by the customer.
