    My son's lease ended 07/29/2024 and we received a move out statement totaling $387.53.
    We have asked several times to receive the move in photos that we submitted, we think some of these charges were there prior to move in date and was documented. We have also asked that his $250.00 deposit to be applied. ***, the property manager, had sent us an email on 08/06/2024, stating to give them 10 days to respond. We still have not heard from the property.
    I had sent a couple emails last week and asked for our request to be met by 08/23/2024; the last statement said we had to pay within 2 weeks of 08/20/2024.

    On April 28 my son ***** ******** filled out an application to sublease a apartment with 2 of his friends, so that his one friend could go to bowling green university, doing it as a favor for a friend. 2 weeks or so later I had to put my initials on a paper for him to rent.2 weeks after that the friends said they weren't moving in, they deliberately did that to him. I called copper beech explained the situation to the supervisor, she told me no problem we usually are full by July so we will just replace him. I called at least once a week to make sure he would be replaced, thought he got replaced, then they tell me **** has been switched to another room, mind you he never moved in, in the first place. Move in date was for August 22 2022 until august 22 2023. Didn't even give anytime not even 2 weeks to change your mind. Charging me for full amount for August 1 even tho move in date wasn't until august 22. His 2 roommates were replaced, but he was not. They are trying to charge me 1,500 for my son not even living there.
