    I had a similar run in with this company - and the best I can say is - he's a scammer. He took my deposit - gave excuses over a 2 month time period - and didn't so much as pull a permit or start the job. The business address associated with this company is for a condemned house and I don't believe his IG page is real either.
    If I could give negative stars - I would.

    I reached out to this company in June 2022 for an estimate for my driveway and patio slab. I singed my contract the second week of July. The owner asked for half the money down for the job and the rest after it was complete. The payment was made on 7/9/22, the owner said give it a few days to clear since it was made on a credit card. A few days turned into 10 days. On 7/20/22 the owner said that they would begin first thing in the morning, and came at 12 pm and finished tearing out the yard the next day. After that his crew started prepping the driveway. Apparently he went on a vacation and left people in charge that did not show up when they said they would. During this time the city inspector told them to stop the work because they did not have a permit. I immediately called the owner who stated that he put the paperwork in their mailbox and that he spoke with someone at city hall and said that everything was cool. Over the next two weeks i heard excuse after excuse as to why my driveway was not done. He kept making promises stating that he would have it done by a certain day and never came. Not to mention he is not prompt with returning phone calls or text messages. On 8/15 i called the building inspector who told me that there was not a permit on file and that the owner was out of compliance. After 3 days of no responses the owner texts back and pretty much tried to tell me my husband fired him which was not true. I am the one who signed the contract and nothing was given to him in writing. He took my deposit and pretty much said he had nothing left to say. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s been 30 days since they tore out my driveway and it’s prepped for cement with no one to do it. I also think that i should be entitled to some of my money back because the price i paid does not add up to the price of the work they did. I wish someone would have warned me about this company because i would not have used them if i knew they were dishonest.
