      Leaving a poor review because first off I go in on 12/2/2023 to purchase a phone, they offer an iPhone 11, unlocked. It was brought into their store that same day. Get it home put a cricket SIMs card into and it comes back that the phone is carrier locked. I spent 2 1/2 hours calling Verizon, Apple, att, trac phone and straight talk. Straight talk was able to tell me the phone was just purchase and we had to wait 60 days after the previous owner paid it off for them to unlock it. I got in touch with the store explained it all they said sure bring it back in, their mistake. Go in they really didn’t want to give a refund and offered me a store phone iPhones 11, that’s att. Get a call today 12/5/2023 asking me if I may have switch out and gave them the wrong phone back. Because the phone I took back didn’t match their system. Now we have iPhones but none that match their iPhone 11. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They did me wrong to begin with then accused me of stealing and swapping out an Iphone . They even went as fair as threatening to black this the “missing” iPhone 11. Do it, I don’t have it.
