Worst company eve! Eric the owner came to my home and promised me that the job would take three days. His crew came first day said it’s a 5 to 7 day job and left
Never started as promised. I was so
Confused
His crew had only one driver which was odd. They dropped off 2 guys. Went to Akron for another job. Then we had to wait for someone to pick up these 2 painters at my home ! They were late. I had painters hanging out in my kitchen
It was totaling bazaar
Eric is rude any nasty
Do not hire this company
He said the job would be done in 3 days
That was a lie
I called Eric to ask him about it and
How long this would take
He threatened to take me to
Small claims court
As a mom
And a recent widow i am beyond upset
Eric scammed me
Never trust this guy
I’m so sad there are people like this
They prey on good people

This is **** *ith Desirable Painting llc. We're sorry we could not service your project to your expectations but I do think we should be honest.
1. In our contract we said "will take up to 7 work days" we also conveyed that to you during the estimate. Our team was kicked off the project after 2 days. There was no reason for us being kicked off the project, I recieved an angry call 2 days after the project began saying our team was slow (while her brother's were shouting derogatory terms at me).
2. Our teams leave from our shop and take 1 vehicle per team. This is a normal business practice.
3. Everyone in our company was extremely kind to you even when you were calling the crew derogatory terms.
We we're more than willing to go above and beyond to make you another one of our satisfied customers, but you did not allow us the opportunity.
