      They are affordable but most of all honest! Other companies I had come out made me feel like I was being upsold.

      I have ******** **** warranty for my heating and cooling. The warranty company goes through Budget HVAC I called in regards to a noise I was hearing the warranty sent them out. On arrival I was told there was no noise and I was low of free-on. I had a video of the noise and wanted the technician to address it since that was my main concern. I was told that if it's working the noise is nothing and my plan doesn't cover free-on and it would be $190 to fill it. A week later my house is at 85 degrees and no air conditioning. I turned off the unit and turned it back on the fan blades weren't spinning that is indication the condenser motor failure. Which another company diagnosed and part will be here in a couple days. When I called Budget HVAC the manager Mike screamed at me like I was a child and he was my father completely disrespectful towards women because I was completely scammed and wanted my money back. I just got off the phone with the warranty company and goes to show that my warranty does cover Free-on and they should of never charged me and they never submitted anything to them. Budget is a complete scam and if your a women stay far away because the manager Mike likes to yell at you like your his child. His discriminates against women and Budget is supposed to call the warranty company before taking money for any customer and never did. The warranty company also stated that is $10 a pound and they put 7 pounds in ( most likely an empty tank and never did) so how did it come to $190…. Awful service don't ever use them.
      Also little does this Manager Mike know after calling me an idiot and saying that his technician did take the cover off and look at the motor. I have it ALL recorded on my ring camera to prove he is wrong. Never once did that cover come off to look at the motor. I will be contacting the better business bureau. Thank god I have it all on recording. Maybe instead of calling a women an idiot you should first get your information correct Mike.
