    We hired this company to move our large items from Painesville to Chardon on Nov 8, 2024. They were to move a treadmill, 84 inch tv, mattresses, a few dressers, chest, kitchen table, 2 tv stands. Items discussed before the move. They refused to move the treadmill and someone else had to be hired to move. They knicked 1 tv stand, broke a door on another, and scratched the top of dining table. The worst was when we were setting up the tv this past week. There is a crack on the screen only seen when plugging the tv in. The picture will not come on only sound. A claim was filed and denied stating no one from their crew has any recollection of moving a large tv and it would have been against policy. This is appalling. We would have no way of moving a tv that big it wouldn’t even fit in the car. Others should be aware and NEVER hire this company. We didn’t even try to get reimbursement for all the damaged items. Just the tv which we gave a receipt showing cost. We are now leaving reviews and sharing with others the appalling nature of this company.

    ***** ********* signed our property condition forms at both origin and destination (see documents attached). No reported damage to property was reported on the form. In our terms and conditions all mechanical conditions of electronics is unknown. This means we do not plug in electronics to ensure they work before we move them and after. However, we did not move the customers T.V. The TV was not listed as an item ***** wanted us to move when ***** talked to our sales rep, Sean. Our crew did not move a T.V. It's company policy we do not move TV's unboxed due to the risk of damage. Our TV boxes only go to size 75" so we do not even have a box his size. Our crew refuse to move TV's if there is no box and we do not have a box. WE talked to each our crew members individually and they each said no tv was moved. Regarding the treadmill we cannot move fully assembled treadmills. The customer never diassembled the treadmill which is why we could not move it. They are too large and heavy. They are risk of injury and property damage. Lastly, the customer moved out of a large house. We only moved a portion. He hired another moving company to move the rest of items as he claimed to you. The moving company came in after us. This means two movers were onsite a two separate occasions. 

    ***** was indicted on mail fraud (found online) as a USPS mail carrier not too long ago. He has a history of lying stealing which is what we believe he is trying to do to our company.
