**** to purchase a vehicle from the dealership on 5/29/25. I went over the car, I noticed the turn signals on the headlights didn't work. I brought it up to the salesman and he stated "Oh yeah, we can't figure out what's wrong with those." Ok, maybe just a bulb or a fuse or something. Finish up the paperwork, everything goes smooth. Drive the car home that day. Come to find out that both front headlight assemblies have water in them and have to be replaced.. they're sealed LED headlight assemblies that cost over 1200 per light. When I called the dealership back to tell them this, the sales manager tells me "it should have been disclosed when you purchased the car. That's why we sold it for so cheap". No, that was not disclosed. I was simply told "We can't figure that out". The sales manager's response was "that should have told you we couldn't fix them". Sure, but that didn't tell me that I would have a multi-thousand dollar repair right out of the gate. Now, 6/19, some 22 days later, the dealership is telling me I need to resign some paperwork due to an "error". My trade in has already been paid off. My account with the auto finance company is already set up. As far as the sale goes, everything should be finalized. I asked what the error is regarding. They told me the finance company sent the money for the purchase to the wrong account. If the true, that's a banking error. I don't see what resigning paperwork is going to change for a banking error. Also, if that were true, why did my trade in already get paid off? Dealerships don't typically pay off a trade in until after they've secured the money from the finance company for the purchase. Really suspicious, and I feel like I may end up having to lawyer up for my own protection.

Would not recommend using this business at all. I purchased/financed a 2016 ***** Malibu from them on 05/16. I was allowed to leave the lot with the keys that day. Within the next week (5/20) I was contacted by one of the employees **** ******** that the bank requested another form of address verification other than the one that was provided due to a past due amount being on there and I offered to provide another document. On 6/2 I was asked to send that documentation over and did so. On 6/9 a hard inquiry was made on my credit report and I was sent another set of documents to sign and also provide my insurance. The next day (6/10) I was contacted and told the bank returned the contract due to the past due amount on the initial document used to verify my address (gas utility bill) and was told it was no way I could keep the car and had to return it. Me and **** agreed upon Saturday (6/14) being the day my down payment of over $4000 would be returned to me and I agreed to return the keys and vehicle due to me having to make arrangements for transportation for work and prior engagements in which he agreed to. The very next day I was told that they wanted the car back that day or they would call the police and say I stole the vehicle. Very very unprofessional as I did not object to returning the car as long as I would receive my money back as well and simply requested due to the inconvenience that I have a couple days to set arrangements up for myself, which I know Im not obligated to, but I suggested would be the least they could do due to the huge inconvenience and short notice of it and again it is what we agreed upon. Overall a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
