    of serviveThe week of 5-22-23 basement waterproofing wascomplete' Inially requsted due to an infrequent ttricle of water in our basement. Our basement is used as a strorage area & has never been flooded. After completion of service payment made by personal check. requesting a visit. 8-13-23 2 inches of water in entire basement. We noted our sump pump was not plugged in since they had rerouted the drainage pipe. We called & they responded saying a visit next day.. No show. We called requesting a visit & no response or their ans. machine mailbox full. When they did answer they would visit, but again no show. On 8-23-2023 again 4 inches of water in entire basement sump pump working but unable to function due to amt of water, Still no visit to rectify the problem. No answer to our nonthreatening calls. There continues slight drainage from three of the repaired walls with no rain.

    The business has stated there are no issues regarding the work they have completed. The business has been out and tested their work. The consumers concerns are unrelated to the work already completed. The business has been in contact with the consumer and will reach back out regarding their concerns for estimates/pricing. It will then be up to the consumer if they would wish to proceed.

     I am rejecting this response because:  Company  placed dye in to footers & stated they were functioning yet could not follow dye to & find outlet drain.  Also placed garden hose into clean out pipe & stated that water was flowing.

    I had my basement waterproofed and paid in full upon final work done. (August 3, 2022) On August 8 we had a big rain and I had water coming in the basement. I reached out to ***** Olivieri August 9th and he assured me he would return to fix the issue. Since then, I have called repeatedly to no avail and do not even get the courtesy of a return call to say if they are going to take care of this or if they do not back up their guarantee, and I am stuck with water coming in the basement after paying a lot of money to get this done.

    We went there yesterday and showed her it’s not our work it’s the two pipes coming in her house. Leaking inside those pipe not my waterproofing
