    On September 24, I wrote to the company about a package of bit o honey that I bought at *******. The candy was stuck to the wrappers and it was hard to get any candy that didnt have a piece of wrapper still stuck to it. On nov 7, I received a replacement in the mail from the company. On nov, 8, i ate a piece and noticed it was a little tougher to eat then normal, After having 1 piece my crown on my tooth fell out. I went to the dentist the same day and had it fixed and spent $109. I contacted the company on the same day to let them know what had happened, i didnt hear back. I wrote again on Nov 23, didnt hear back . On dec 27, i wrote yet again and they finally responded on jan 2 and said their insurance company would call.. I get a call a few days later from their insurance company. I explained what happen and was told there is nothing they can do... I have had my crown for a couple years and NOT once has it ever came off nor has it come off after having it fixed this one time..

    bought a bag of bit o honey and they were all stuck the

    We reached back out to the consumer and apologized. We also sent a replacement bag to her on 9/27/2024.

    On 12/27/24 she reached out to the company again stating " a
    few months ago, i bought a bag of bit o honey.. I sent a complaint about it and
    i was sent a new bag... I opened it and had one, i noticed it was a little
    harder then usual and it took my crown off my tooth. i had to rush to the
    dentist to have it put back on and it cost $100... i sent several emails and
    all have gone ignored "

    Again, we reached out to her and apologized and had our insurance company reach out to her because she was wanting us to cover the cost of her dental bill. The insurance company reached out to her right away and she was not able to provide any of the candy that she claimed broke her tooth. the insurance company sent her a letter on 1/13/25 and denied her claim. 

    We feel that our company went above and beyond to address her concerns and even sent her a replacement bag for her initial complaint. We had our insurance company contact her personally as well for her second complaint. She was sent a multiple emails and a letter addressing this issues and concerns as well.

    I am rejecting this response because: i never had a issue with my tooth until i received this bag.. as soon as i ate one, my crown popped off.. I had to rush to the dentist that day and have it replaced.. it was $100
