    I am rejecting this response because: All of the rhetoric  in the last respnse from ****** **** does not take away

    the facts and the truth about the shoddy job he did on our roof. The pictures are proof. The second opinion from

    ****** Construction is proof with their report, pictures and video of his poor roof job. It's obvious that he doesn't

    want to tear everything off and give us a new roof, which is the only way to fix the problem. Because it's not just a

    little section it's the whole roof that is shoddy from his work. Because the metal is screwed up, now so are the

    shingles and both have to be torn off before a new roof can go on. If ****** wants to put a new roof on at his

    expense and pay a knowledgeable roofer that we agree with to install a new roof, because we don't him here to

    screw something else up. If he agrees to do that then we will talk.Batting back and forth is not working here.

    He has done nothing to resolve this shoddy roof. All the pictures taken were after ****** was paid and left

    with the money nothing was ever repaired like he said he was going to do. From now on when any response

    comes to us our response will be fix this roof with a new roof put on by a qualified roofer that we agree with or

    give us our $14,350.00 back. 

    As a consumer we would like other consumers to be aware of his poor workmanship so they will not have to

    go through what we are going through with him.

    his point, we do not want him to even attempt to fix anything on this roof, in my opinion, he is not qualified. So now we have to seek the opinions of other qualified individuals.
    He took our $14,350.00 knowing the poor job he did on our roof. He was told about it. But he either refused to fix it or lacked the knowledge to fix it. Where he supposedly fixed a little section it was not fixed.

    We are not wealthy people. We worked hard to get the money to pay him for a job that is so bad. We chose him, we trusted him. That was our mistake. So we are asking him to refund our money so we can have this roof torn off and replaced by a qualified roofer.

    Good afternoon

    To whom it may concern:

    Upon completion of a job in which my customer had agreed face to face they were happy with everything that was completed. I was paid in full for all materials and labor.  Handed them a phys copy of the invoice for work completed and wrote paid in full.  Thanked them for the business and left. 
    A week later a received and email that stated they were not happy with a few things.  And they wanted a full refund for the work performed. 
    I emailed them back told them I would come out and look at what they were concerned about and would correct the issues at hand.  If there were any.  They told me they were seeking opinions of other companies and would get back to me.

    A couple days went by and they emailed me back stating that they did not want me to come to there house unless I was bringing them a full refund. I again asked what the issues were or areas of concern. They told me I should know what they were/are since I was the one who completed the work.  I again told them I stand by my work and that I would address any areas of concern or replace anything they felt needed replaced at no cost to them. 

    They told me in the last email that I was not welcomed unless I was offering them a full refund and not to contact them anymore.

    So I did not email/call/text them back since.
