    Had a package shipped 1day next day air. The package took two days to be delivered. A refund was requested due to late delivery. Was instructed to call *** for refund by shipping llc. *** informed me that a refund is possible and will be issued to the shipper and the shipper only (Bucyrus pack and ship llc) all they have to due is call and make the request . Bucyrus pack and ship llc. Is unwilling to make contact with *** to secure the refund to correct this issue after multiple requests. They state that they due not, have not and will not contact *** for this kind of issue. It is an *** and me problem and that *** is miss leading me to avoid the refund. *** is not refusing the refund they just need the shipper of the package (Bucyrus pack and ship llc) to make contact with them to refund money .
