    On February 22, 2024 my wife *** and I drove to Bucyrus, OH from Grand Haven, MI for the purpose of going to this companies store to purchase some items for gifts and for our home. We were greeted by an employee named ******. After looking around and talking to her we ordered eight items for delivery to our home. We paid $1015.00 in cash because we were told if we paid with a credit card we would have to pay a credit card fee. We were told by ****** that it would take no more than two months to ship them because of difficulties if in getting the raw materials. She said when they were done they would contact us for a credit card number when they had the cost of shipping.

    We waited two months and my wife contacted them and they said that they were almost finished with them. We waited a while longer and contacted them and again were told that they were almost ready. We contacted them at the end of April and were told that they were delayed a couple of weeks because of a tornado that struck the town. We said that was understandable and that we would wait the two weeks. We waited for contact and never received any sort of contact. We then called and left several messages that were never answered and we texted several times and were told that the order was almost done (again). They would never speak to us on the phone. They occasionally returned our texts saying that the order was almost done, asking us what was in the order, and that they had not forgotten about us. After July they stopped responding to text messages. We sent a certified letter to them in September of this year and delivery was refused. We kept thinking that if we were just patient they would do the right thing. They haven’t. We no longer want the items as the events that we were going to give them as gifts are long in the past.

    The bottom line is this.
    We ordered and paid cash ($1015.00) for eight items on February 22, 2024.
    We can provide a copy of the receipt upon request, receipt number is ****.
    We were told the items would take no longer than two months.
    We have not received the items.
