      I keep receiving bill that is inaccurate. I've called the company 11/13/23 left voicemail for billing department no return call, 11/27/23 spoke to Malorie insurance department she was looking into balance but didn't not receive return call. Per bills received balance as of June 26th 2023 $263.23. I've paid check # 1051, $53.64 6/8/23,#1058 8/31/23 $55.59, #1063, $55.00 10/8/23 all checks have cleared per my bank which should give remain balance of $99.00. Received invoice today balance of 154.00 also showing I made payment of $1.95 which I have not. My daughter ***** ***** who is the patient has not been seen there since May 2023.

      The complaint was reviewed and discussed with the customer.  A new bill with corrected information was provided and customer is satisfied with new billing amount provided.
