    We engaged Bow Tie Window Cleaning to clean the exterior windows of our home. They came on Saturday, June 25 and completed the service. At that time, there were three screen that required repairs and Bow Tie said it was something they could do. They took the screens with them and we have not heard from them since. Multiple phone calls and a request through their website have gone unanswered.

    In the meantime, we have a contract on our home for sale and the buyers are expecting screens! If Bow Tie is unable to perform the repairs, then simply return them to us immediately!

    What kind of business ignores phone calls and requests for status on service they agreed to perform? One of the reasons we were comfortable hiring them in the first place was the BBB rating!
