    Blue Hippo is taking advantage of their customers by reducing the amount of soap and/or not giving you the service you paid for. On three occasions, I have paid for the $12 wash, dry and tire shine went through and a few drops of soap dispensed out and the tire shine did not activate. I have brought this to their attention as I went through and had them put me through to get the service I paid for. I hear them share the excuse of you get the amount of soap according to what service you paid for. Less dry, less water rinse along with less soap. I cancelled my monthly service last year, that is automatically paid monthly when they failed to send a letter about the service I selected increased $5 more monthly. They just went into my account and pulled out a higher amount without any notification is unethical and bad customer service. When I complained they shared that they had signs posted onsite about the increases, which I never saw. I dont trust them anymore and will not be supporting their business. I am curious if there are other complaints about their poor service.Sincerely,Coco
